Rooms can be booked in line with the online registration or via K.I.T. Group by sending an e-mail to glia2013@kit-group.org.
The costs for accommodation and breakfast have to be paid on-site at the hotel. To guarantee the reservation a valid credit card is required. Therefore a credit card authorization form will be sent to the participant together with a preliminary confirmation of hotel reservation. Upon receipt of the filled-in authorization form the hotel reservation will be confirmed.
When reserving a hotel room, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted. Please consider the cancellation policy of the hotel, respectively.
All reservations changes and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to K.I.T. Group Dresden by June 25, 2013. After this date cancellations may be subject to a penalty fee and the General Terms and Conditions of the hotel apply, respectively.
